Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our in-house sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network of clients or prospects, and a passion for real estate sales. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.


  1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  2. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote our properties and generate leads.
  3. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about features, amenities, and pricing.
  4. Assist clients in the decision-making process by providing accurate and timely information.
  5. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  6. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, including coordinating with the marketing and construction teams.
  7. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  10. Attend networking events, seminars, and trade shows to expand your network and generate leads.
  1. Proven experience as a real estate sales agent or similar role.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
  8. A portfolio of existing clients or prospects in the real estate industry is preferred.
